Description

"Kazarimaki" refers to decorative sushi rolls, a vibrant counterpart to the more common "Futomaki," the typical Japanese sushi roll. While many international sushi restaurants offer a wide variety of rolls, traditional Japanese sushi establishments historically offered only a few types. However, decorative sushi rolls have recently gained significant popularity in Japan.

In this experience, you'll discover how to select the perfect ingredients to create colorful sushi rolls that are not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious! At the end of the session, you'll have the pleasure of dining on your own handmade creation. What makes this experience truly unique is that it's one of the few decorative sushi roll classes in Japan where no special tools are required—just your hands!

This is an amazing technique and a memorable experience you can take home to share and teach your friends and family!
